It plowed through large quantities of meat without bogging down, and the two grinding plates give flexibility for different textures. The 54mm feeder tube is generous, but the machine's size and weight (over 50 lbs) mean you'll need dedicated counter space. It's not something you'd want to move around frequently. The top speed is around 225 RPM, which is fast enough for high-volume prep. Noise level is considerable but expected for a commercial unit.
